The Lorne Street student accommodation project blends old and new, preserving the original 1929 heritage building’s historic charm while creating modern living spaces for students.
Our Involvement
Sansom has been contracted by ICON to handle three key waterproofing elements. – managing the below-ground waterproofing using Ardex products, installing the Nuralite roof membrane, and completing the exterior facade sealing using Sika products.
